With a vision of creating diverse, sustainable, and green communities where people can both live and work, Don Wiviott began building THE LOFTS ™ on Cerrillos Road in 1996. In 1998 he was joined by his co-partner, Mitch Davenport, who supervises construction of THE LOFTS ™ Communities.
